You must have an opening inspection performed by an Environmental Health Technician, before opening. Correct any violations of the Code of Colorado Regulations (PDF), and pay the yearly inspection fee. Once violations are corrected and the inspection fee is paid, the San Luis Valley Public Health Department will approve your ship to operate.
