Human Resources Functions
The Human Resources department oversees all employee payroll, benefits, training programs, and other services for the County. The department is responsible for receiving, processing, and screening employment applications. The department oversees policies, rules, and regulations affecting employment and employees. The department assists County employees with questions regarding employment, retirement/compensation plans, etc.
