DEATHS: 1 st and 2 nd Degree Murder, Manslaughter, Vehicular and Criminally Negligent Homicide, Careless Driving Resulting in Death, Failure to Stop at the Scene of an Accident Resulting in Death

ASSAULTS: 1 st, 2 nd, and 3 rd Degree Assault, Vehicular Assault, Menacing, and Assault on the Elderly of Handicapped

KIDNAPPING: 1 st and 2 nd Degree Kidnapping

SEX CRIMES: 1 st, 2 nd, and 3 rd Degree Sexual Assault, Sexual Assault on a Child (including by one in a position of trust), Sexual Assault on a Client by a Psychotherapist

ROBBERIES: Robbery, Aggravated Robbery (including of controlled substances), and Robbery of the Elderly or Handicapped

AGAINST CHILDREN: Incest, Aggravated Incest, Child Abuse, and Sexual Exploitation of Children

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Any crime that involves Domestic Violence

ADDITIONAL CRIMES: Crimes against At-Risk Adults, or At-Risk Juveniles, Harassment by stalking, Ethnic Intimidation, and Any Criminal Attempt, Any Criminal Conspiracy, Any Criminal Solicitation of the crimes listed in this subsection.
