Kristi Deloach is currently the civil records clerk. The civil records division is in charge of the duty of receiving documents for service and with processing returns after service has been either successfully completed or attempted without success.
Civil Process is any paper that must be served by the County Sheriff such as Divorce, Orders to Quit, Restraining Orders, Eviction, Bad Check Notices and any other court paper that must be served by an Officer.
Thee basic fees are:
- Summons (served) $35.00
- Summons (service unsuccessful) $12.00
- Garnishment $20.00
- Subpoena (served) $35.00
- Subpoena (service unsuccessful) $12.00
- The per mile fee is $0.35
We request a stamped, self-addressed envelope be included with all requests for service of process.
