Julie Geiser grew up in La Veta, CO., just over the mountains from the San Luis Valley. She married J.B. Geiser shortly after she graduated from Nursing School in 1968. They have two sons, a delightful daughter-in-law, and three beautiful grandchildren.

Julie has had wonderful experiences working with the Alaskan Native and American Indian Programs of Head Start, seeing the country and developing great relationships throughout her nursing career.

She has worked in many fields of nursing and has found her current position with Alamosa County to be just what she wants to do professionally.
