Requests for an inspection may be made in person or by telephone Monday through Friday, except holidays, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., or our 24/7 Voice Mail @ 587-5220.

Requests MUST be received by 4:00 p.m. the day before your inspection. Please give us the most accurate time you can in the morning or afternoon when you will be ready for the inspection. The inspector's want to make sure they can meet with everyone on this daily schedule. Making sure you are at the property and available for the inspectors if they need you is very important. Also, adhering to your scheduled time allows the inspectors to meet you and the rest of the residents schedule that day in a timely manner.

Please provide the following information when making your request:

• Permit Number
• Address of the Project
• Name of the owner and/or project name
• Type of inspection needed
• Day and time when you will be ready for your inspection
• Time you expect to pour concrete

When scheduling your inspection, the inspectors will make every effort possible to comply with your request, but they can not guarantee the time that you have requested. You may call after 9:00 a.m. on the day of your inspection to check the status of your inspection appointment.
