No. You would have to hire a title company or come into our office and do the search yourself.
What are your filing fees for recording?

Our fees are $6.00 for the first page and $5.00 for each additional page. The doc fee is a penny per hundred dollars true consideration.

What are Torrens?
There is certain property in Alamosa County that has a certificate of title. Therefore, you do not need title insurance when you sell your property because the chain of events are on your certificate memoralization.
What are fees to file Torens?
- $31.00 for an Owners Duplicate
- $11.00 for a Mortgage Duplicate
- $21.00 for a Deed of Transfer
- $11.00 for any other memorial
Are UCC’S filed in your country?
- Real Estate UCC’S are filed in our county. All others are filed with the Secretary of State.
What are the fees to file UCC’S?
- $11.00 for one to two pages
- $16.00 for three or more pages
