ASSESSOR & TREASURER> Change of Address

This form is to be used for individuals who wish t o change their mailing address for any correspondence from our office such as the Notice of Value from the Assessor's office and the Tax Notice from the Treasurer's Office.

After the form is submitted, the new address will be available in both the Treasurer's and Assessor's office.

NOTE: The property address remains the same, as would any of the owner's names.  It is only for your mailing address.
